I had a flat tire on my way to work, so I took the nearest exit and came to this shop. One of my tires was completely worn down to the wires, and the employee—who I believe was the manager—immediately tried to sell me a new tire for $145. I told him I’d rather put on my spare tire instead. After looking at my spare, he kept insisting it was “too old” and “not good.” It felt like he was trying to pressure me into buying a new tire instead of helping me use the spare I requested. I understand that a spare isn’t a long-term solution, but I only needed it to get to work and then home safely. I left feeling disappointed and would have appreciated honest advice and respect for my decision rather than sales pressure.

I had a great experience at Big Brand Tire & Service. From the moment I called, the team was incredibly professional and kind, which immediately made me feel comfortable bringing my car in. I didn’t have an appointment, but they took my car in right away and got everything handled so quickly with my tire repair. The whole process was smooth, efficient, and stress-free. It’s not always easy to find a place you can trust with your car, but this location definitely delivered. Highly recommend!

My first time to go to their Ontario CA shop since the dealership was closed....and I was very surprised to learn that my flat tire repair and wiper fluid were free!!!! Amazing guys especially Joel......keep up the good work 👏 🙌 👍 I will surely recommend your shop to all my friends!!!!!

These guys took care of me on short notice! I drove up last night from San Diego and got a flat about 15 minutes away from Ontario. This team stayed late for me (after hours) and replaced all 4 tires on my Honda Insight. I couldn’t be more grateful for their help and professionalism!
